THE OPPORTUNITY
When my team took over Arc in early 2021, interviews with key stakeholders identified a major challenge: 70% of Account Executives reported that creative timelines fell short of advertiser expectations, while 68% of creatives cited difficulty accessing historical campaign knowledge as a primary contributor to these long response times.
THE IDEA
In Q3 2021, we launched Arc 2.0, an expanded platform offering enhanced interactivity. We introduced a more streamlined content posting process, improved search and tagging capabilities, expanded asset linking, and robust access controls, empowering teams to manage sensitive content with greater efficiency and precision
THE RESULTS
Three months post-launch, Account Executives reported improved creative timelines, and creatives reported faster idea generation, improved pitch responses, and unexpected cross-team collaborations.
One year post-launch, Arc featured contributions from 9 locales (Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Spain, UK, and US) and 6 verticals (Autos, CPG/Grocery, Entertainment, Financial Services, Hard/Softlines, and Telecommunications) including:
