Increase the volume, flow, and quality of new customer Acquisitions through a new, Marketo-integrated marketing program available in over 30 countries.

THE IDEA

Our Marketing Science and Strategic Planning teams identified new audience insights that shifted the conversation to focus on the customer, meeting the Small to Medium Business decision-maker “where they’re at” with relevant content and offers.

THE RESULTS

This new, always-on engine delivered:

  • 122% lift in customer sign ups

  • 156% lift in acquisitions across 30 countries

  • 20% open rate

  • 7.5% click-to-open rate
