THE ASK

Hilton Worldwide challenged us to produce a "non conference conference" to honor, unite and excite over 2,000 global key stakeholders and partners at a 3-day event.

THE IDEA

Rooted in the "Expect the World" concept developed by Upshot, I worked with my creative team of two to execute the digital and print communications plan. From the RFP to an original performance by Cirque du Soleil on the final night, I partnered with AgencyEA and our clients to reinforce Conrad Hilton's mission: To fill the earth with the light and warmth of hospitality.

ENTICE with premium invitations

  • Printed in 5 languages (Chinese, English, Japanese, Spanish, and Turkish)

  • Distributed globally to approximately 7,000 individuals

  • Encouraged recipients to register and explore our conference site

ENGAGE through responsive COMMUNICATIONS

  • Developed one two-phased responsive site for owners and another for trade show vendors

  • Managed full event communications plan and directed all creative development

  • Utilized registration data to highlight attendees on site via digital displays

EXCITE with inspiring collateral

  • Produced pre-event gifts for VIP attendees including customized luggage tags

  • Provided all attendees with custom journals, event guides, key cards, and more

  • Created thank you cards to encourage on-site staff and acknowledge stellar guests  

EASE navigation and networking

  • Offered attendees personalized schedule details with interactive maps

  • Provided optional networking functionality for attendees to exchange details

  • Included mobile versions of presentations with note-taking functionality
